Quick answer: if your MobiMatter eSIM is not working, first check which problem you have. A QR-code error is different from an installed eSIM with no internet. An installed eSIM that says “Activating” before you reach the destination can also be normal. For a connection problem after arrival, check the eSIM is on, set as your mobile-data line, has data roaming on, and uses the plan’s exact APN only when one is required. Then check the allowed network and your data balance before opening a support ticket.
Do not delete the eSIM or keep scanning the QR code as your first fix. Some plans use a one-time download, and deleting the profile can make the problem harder to resolve.
